On the southern shores of the Lyttelton Harbour sits Orton Bradley Cafe nestled in a stunning 650ha park. On a still day the birdsong is majestic, the locals are friendly, and the air has a sweet untouched feel. The Café is north facing and is drenched in all day sun, with cover from giant chestnut and walnut trees.
Visiting Orton Bradley Cafe is like stepping back in time and returning to a place that feels like home. Our food is a mixture of delicious house baked goods with the occasional mediterranean influence. Fresh, local and honest food which will vary based on the whim of our cafe team.
A new experience we are bringing to Orton Bradley Cafe this year is Paella Sundays, courtesy of our award-winning paella chef, Edrick Corban Banks from Casa Paella. A dramatic feast for both eyes and stomach, Paella Sundays will be available on selected dates. These will be advertised on our Facebook and Instagram page so be sure to follow along for more updates.

Entrance to Cafe
There is no entrance fee to enjoy the delicious food and drinks available at the Cafe.
If you would like to explore the Park further to try the Playground, bike tracks, walking tracks or the other attractions in the park, the standard entrance fee applies.
Adults $5, Children $1. To a maximum of $10 per car load.
